0 MINUTES OF: MEETING HELD OCTOBER 9, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Wollman at 4:05 P.M.
Also present were Mayor Wieselmann, Alderman DeBack, City Engineer Kel-
senberg and Ken Thode of the Highway Dept.
Ald. Wollman moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Natural Gas Co.
l to install the following: -
508' of 8" H.P. main and one 314" H.P. lateral to serve George
Jostka at W192 S6632 Racine Ave.
725' of 2" H.P. main and one 314" H.P. lateral to serve Dale Olson
at S67 W17929 Earl Drive
365' of 2" H.P. main and one 314" H.P. lateral to serve John Yakir
at S70 W14540 Belmont Dr.
415' of 2" HP. main and one 314" H.P. lateral to serve M.C.Dall-
inger at S73 W17268 Lake Dr.
Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Communication received from W. A. Reinhardt, Dept. of Transportation,
0 along with a drawing of the construction of the intersection of Highway
"24" and Bay Lane. Same placed on file.
Communication from City Engineer stating the approximate cost of Bay Lane
and Woods Road extension of storm sewer installation to W.E.P.C. storm
sewer line.
DeBack moved to recommend to the Finance Committee to have six fluorescent
strips and one grounded outlet for the telephone in the amount of $127.60.
fo be installed at the City Hall Annex; Seconded by Wollman, motion carried.
Communication received from B. E. Gehrmann regarding the Federal Aid
Highway Act of 1968. City Engineer will discuss this with the Commission's
District Engineer.
Application for employment received from Charles L. Helm, W207 S8810
Hillendale Dr., Same placed on file.
Estimates on cleaning ditch from C.T.H. "HH" to S.T.H. 24 received from
City Engineer for the 1970 Budget.
Police Dept. requested "No Trespassing" signs at the sewage disposal ponds.
0 Raymond Wallner appeared at the meeting inquiring about hooking up sewer
lines to substandard homes which might be razed in the future. Matter
was referred to City Planner.
City Engineer brought the sewer problem of Mr. L. Brauer, W173 S7786
Westwood Drive to the attention of the Committee. Ald. Wollman moved
to have the City dig up lateral to the Brauer property to see if Lazy-
nski had installed it to specifications and that inspectors and con-
tractors be at the scene when digging is done. Seconded by Ald. DeBack,
motion carried. !
City Engineer brought in quotations on a 4" trash pump as follows:
(1) Best Equipment, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

complete with hoses and couplings

DeBack moved to recommend to the Council to accept No. 3. Seconded by
Ald. Wollman, motion carried.
DeBack moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald Wollman, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
