CALL TO ORDER
Alderperson Borgman called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: Alderperson Madden

STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was posted in accordance with open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES HELD JANUARY 15, 2018
Alderperson Engelhardt made a motion to approve the minutes of January 15, 2018, Alderperson Borgman seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.
STATUS OF PROJECTS
Discussion update. No formal action may be taken on any of the following:
Moorland Road Reconstruction
Director Kroeger stated that Stage 2 began on July 5th with the shutdown of the entire Woods Road and Moorland Road intersection to construct the roundabout. The project is on track
to reopen Woods Road approximately August 9 or 10th. Then Stage 3 will begin immediately, with a target completion date of September 8th, 2018. Landscaping may still be finished after
that date.
Middle School Water Main Project (Hi View Drive)
Director Kroeger stated this project was finished including most of the grass restoration areas. The second access point to the school will likely be the last area that needs to be restored.
Waukesha Water
Director Kroeger stated that all the information gathered for this project was completed in January and February of this year. Target date for the return water project to begin is 2020.

Little Muskego Lake Drawdown
Alderperson Engelhardt stated he heard the DNR will come in August to check the Lake progress. The weed cutting is approximately half of what it has been in previous years. The Lake
District is not performing a chemical treatment this year.
Muskego-Norway School District Broadband Network Project
Director Kroeger stated this project has been completed, although he not sure if all the schools are up and running at this point. The City did have some restoration complaints that
have been corrected.

Request for Deer Crossing Signs on Martin Drive
Ms. Blanchette stated she is requesting the City put up two Deer Crossing Signs on Martin Drive. The Committee and Ms. Blanchette discussed possible locations and reasons for believing
the signage is warranted in this area.
Alderperson Borgman made a motion to approve the Request for Deer Crossing signs on Martin Drive, Alderperson Engelhardt seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.
