Approve Proposal for Engineering Services for the Design of a Recreational Trail on Racine Avenue from Woods Road to Woodland Creek Subdivision. 4. Approve Proposal for Engineering Services for the Design of a Recreational Trail on Janesville Road from College Avenue to Emerson Drive. 5. Review request from Robert Martini, W127S8825 N. Cape Road, to allow an extension to the required sanitary sewer connection date. 6. Review and approval of modifications to the Parkland Towne Center Public Infrastructure Construction Plans. 7.
