STATUS OF PROJECTS
Rosewood landscaping
Letters were sent to each property owner advising them that the fence maintenance agreements
had to be signed by all property owners and lending institutions and returned prior to the 9/2/03
Public Works Committee Meeting.
Tess Corners Pond Expansion/Drainage Issues New Berlin
Meeting with the DNR and Army Corp of Engineers on Friday, September 12, 2003, to finalize
permit conditions and permit schedule.
Janesville Road Reconstruction Project
Project is still on schedule for Spring 2004 construction.
Janesville Road/Moorland Road Intersection
Restoration items still outstanding along with asphalt repairs. Payne & Dolan will be out to
conduct core samples and an action plan for asphalt remediation will be conducted after the core
samples are collected.
Martin Drive Realignment
Sanitary sewer water has been installed and tested. Roadway construction began Wednesday,

September 10, 2003. Final completion is still scheduled for November 1.
Durham Drive Realignment (McShane south to “OO”)
Nothing new to report.
