PWKA In accordance with the contract between Superior Onyx and the City of Muskego for refuse
In accordance with the contract between Superior Onyx and the City of Muskego for
refuse/recycling collection and disposal, the City of Muskego is hereby exercising its rights
under Section IV D. (page 5) of the contract which stipulates that “Each option shall be for
three (3) years and be on an automatic renewal basis unless notice is given by either party.
The City’s present intent is to publicly bid this service and will be providing specifications for
all interested parties.
