CALL TO ORDER
Alderman Neil Borgman called the meeting to order at 6:05PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present Alderman Borgman, Alderman Kapusta, Alderman Wolfe. Also present Public Works
Director David Simpson.
Absent Alderman Hammel.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JULY 20, 2015
Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve minutes of July 20, 2015. Alderman
Kapusta seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.

Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve request for boulevard modification at
W128S9091 Boxhorn Reserve Drive at no expense to the City. Alderman Kapusta
seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.
Review contractor questions relating to refuse and recycling collection RFP
Request to vacate existing right-of-way adjacent to W126S8886 North Cape Road
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve the request to vacate existing right-of-way
adjacent to W126S8886 North Cape Road. Alderman Kapusta seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.
Review condition assessment results of City owned pathways
Discuss offer from Cricket Communications, Inc. to transfer ownership of their wireless
equipment on the Mercury Drive water tower to the City
Alderman Kapusta made a motion to approve offer from Cricket Communications,
Inc. to transfer ownership of their wireless equipment on the Mercury Drive water
tower to the City. Alderman Wolfe seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.
