CALL TO ORDER
Alderman Kevin Kubacki called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Not Present: Alderman Tom Kapusta
Guests: City Engineer Mike Paulos, Mayor Kathy Chiaverotti
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES HELD October 17, 2016.
Alderman Madden made a motion to approve the MINUTES HELD October 17, 2016.
Alderman Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.

Alderman Madden made a motion to approve *Resolution 001-2016 -- Resolution
Authorizing The Retaining Of DF Tomasini For Emergency Repair Of Culvert
Replacement On Woods Road Near Sandy Beach Drive. Alderman Kubacki
seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.
Mike Paulos suggested moving forward with the emergency repair to the culvert on Woods
Road bypassing public bidding due to the urgency of the matter.
