CALL TO ORDER
Alderman Kubacki called the meeting to order at 4:45 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Not Present: Alderman Tom Kapusta
Guests: City Engineer Mike Paulos, City Attorney Jeff Warchol, David Simpson
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES HELD November 21, 2016
Alderman Madden made a motion to approve the MINUTES HELD November 21, 2016.
Alderman Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.
STATUS OF PROJECTS
Discussion update. No formal action may be taken on any of the following:
Moorland Road Reconstruction
Edgewater Heights Subdivision
Woods Road Emergency Culvert Replacement
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
Review Request for Public Improvements to be Required as part of the Potential Land Division
of MSK2208-997-001.
Alderman Madden made a motion to approve a Two Lot Land Division of MSK2208-
997-001 with the owner providing the water connection, via a hook up to the City
watermain in McShane Drive for Lot 1, as depicted on Owner's draft of Certified
Survey Map presented to the Committee and bordering McShane Drive and Nursery
Court. A recommendation was made for engineering to begin research on a
City Ordinance regarding water connection for proposed Lot Divisions. Alderman
Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.

Discussion on adjusting January meeting from January 16th to the 23rd.
