CALL TO ORDER
Alderman Madden called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

Present: Alderman Eileen Madden, Alderman Neil Borgman, Alderman John Engelhardt, City
Engineer Mike Paulos and Director of Public Works and Development Scott Kroeger.

Alderman Engelhardt made a motion to approve the minutes of May 15, 2017.
Alderman Borgman seconded.

Community Holdings. Alderman Borgman seconded.

Alderman Engelhardt made a motion to Conditionally Approve the Kraft Property
Easements. Alderman Borgman seconded.
