UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Request by Ald. Borgman to discuss drainage problems in Parkland Subdivision – City Engineer
Simpson and Superintendent Delikat inspected the site and determined that ditching work is
needed. This item is deferred until the City gets a cost estimate for cleaning and repairing
ditches and culverts in the outlots for a possible future special assessment.
Request by Ald. Schaefer for a no parking sign at the entrance to Lake Meadows Subdivision –
Superintendent Delikat will talk with the Garbage Company about garbage trucks parking in this
area. He will also check with the School Bus Company to see if they are having a problem with
this intersection. This item is deferred for one month to determine if this will fix the problem.
NEW BUSINESS
No Parking sign on Wentland Drive – Ald. Borgman received complaints that the No Parking
sign on Wentland Drive was placed in the wrong location. Superintendent Delikat stated that the
sign was in the proper location. Ald. Borgman will look at the site and talk with the residents in
the area and bring this item back next month.
Written agreement regarding Hillside Drive Project – An agreement was sent to the residents to
sign, but they did not like the way the agreement was worded. Ald. Schneider wrote up a new
