deferred by the Public Works Committee. The committee has reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. Discussion, update but no formal action may be taken on
any of the following.
1. Further discussion on 3-4 parcel land divisions and a policy for improving right-of-way to
City standards
2. Preliminary discussion on reopening of Durham Drive cul-de-sac (Durham Drive and
Janesville Road)
3. Discuss on-going drainage problem Island Drive -Tolfa Residence - S68 W17941
