SPECIAL PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2003 (Approved)
Chairman Nancy Salentine called the meeting to order at 6:47p.m. Present were
Committee Members Eileen Madden and Chris Buckmaster (arrived at 6:50 p.m.). Also
present was Engineering/Building Inspection Director Sean McMullen.
Chairman Salentine noted that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review Bids for Public Works Used Vehicles/Equipment
Mr. McMullen reviewed the bids received as outlined on the attached summary for a
1993 Patrol Truck, a 1989 Lawn Mower and a 1989 Trailer. Mr. McMullen stated the
bids were very favorable. Ald. Madden moved to accept the following bids for the
equipment:
Patrol Truck A. W. Oaks & Sons $25,000
Lawn Mower Randy Hecker $350.00
Trailer Al Boyd $327.00
Ald. Salentine seconded; motion carried.
2. Review Road, Grading and Stormwater Plans for Lindale Estates
Mr. McMullen stated the Committee previously reviewed the plans. Some minor
changes have been made. Ald. Madden moved to approve the Road, Grading and
Stormwater Plans for Lindale Estates. Ald. Buckmaster seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Buckmaster moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:52 P.M. Seconded by Ald.
Madden, motion carried.
