PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING - CITY OF MUSKEGO
Minutes of Special Meeting Held Tuesday, January 9, 2001 Approved
The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Chairman Salentine with Committee
Member Ald. Chiaverotti present, as well as Engineering/Building Inspection Director
McMullen and representatives of Dreamland Development. Committee Member Ald.
Patterson was absent.
Chairman Salentine stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review Stormwater Management and Grading Plans for Dreamland Development
Mr. McMullen reviewed various plans for Dreamland Development with Committee
Members. Ald. Salentine moved to approve Stormwater Management Agreement,
Retention Pond Agreement, Site Grading Plan, and Stormwater and Storm Sewer Plans
for Jewel Osco subject to the developer addressing issues outlined by Ruekert &
Mielke by February 1, 2001. Ald. Chiaverotti seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Chiaverotti moved to adjourn at 6:50 p.m. Ald. Salentine seconded, motion
carried.
