PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING – CITY OF MUSKEGO Draft/Approved
Minutes of Meeting Held December 18, 2000
Chairman Nancy Salentine called the meeting to order at P.M. Committee members
Ald. Kathy Chiaverotti and Ald. Patrick Patterson were present. Also present were
Public Works Supt. Wayne Delikat, Sean McMullen Engineering/Building Inspection
Director, Lakes Project Coordinator Tom Zagar,
and those per the attached list.
The meeting was posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on December 14,
2000.
Approval of Minutes of Meetings Held November 27, 2000 – moved to
approve the minutes of the November 27, 2000 meeting and place on file.

Further review Stormwater plan priorities (5 yr. Capital plan) – Tom Zagar
distributed to the committee the revised proposal for Stormwater Plan priorities with
updated cost estimates.

Discuss Ownership of Drainage Easement – Holly Patch Court (Lake Forest
Subdivision) /Detention Pond Elevations – Holly Patch Court (Lake Forest
Subdivision)
Sharing of Storm Sewer Costs-Hagen on Hi View –
