SPECIAL PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 1998
The meeting was called to order at 11:10 AM by Chairman Don
Pionek. Also present were committee members Ald. Chiaverotti,
Ald. Salentine and those per the attached list.
Ald. Pionek noted that the meeting was posted in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law on June 30, 1998.
NEW BUSINESS
Review of Revised Grading & Paving Plans for Muskego Theater
Ruekert & Mielke submitted an approval letter for the plans dated
July 1, 1998. The letter listed ten (10) items of concern that
were taken care of on the drawings.
It was noted by the Committee that plans for Racine Avenue would
have to be approved by Tom Chiconas.
The Committee also noted that the existing well is in Detention
Basin and the Wisconsin Department of Commerce would have to
approve.
Neighbors to the south of the lands owned by Mary Thomas were
questioning water problems. They were told that this would be
handled when a grading plan for the Mary Thomas property is
submitted.
Ald. Salentine moved to approve plans with the above items taken
into consideration. Seconded by Ald. Chiaverotti, motion carried
unanimously.
Ald. Salentine moved to approve that if parking lot would not be
paved in time for winter opening, parking on gravel would be
allowed. Seconded by Ald. Chiaverotti, motion carried
unanimously.
Ald. Salentine moved to adjourn meeting at 12:30 PM. Seconded by
Ald. Chiaverotti, motion carried unanimously.
