SPECIAL PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MIINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 1998
The meeting was called to order at 6:37 PM by Chairman Domonic D’Acquisto. Also
present were committee members Donna Woodard and Don Pionek, Mayor David L.
De Angelis, Public Works Superintendent John Loughney, Ald. Mark Slocomb, Matt
Sadowski, and those per the attached list.
The committee reviewed letter from City Engineer Michael Campbell, dated April 21,
1998, which stated that the latest plan set dated April 18, 1998, includes acceptable
answers to the concerns expressed in their correspondence of April 14, 1998.
Plan Director Matt Sadowski spoke as to concerns expressed by Mike Bruch, member
of the City’s Stormwater Management Committee about the depth and the schedule
of maintenance which he felt should be determined.
Mr. Tony Zano discussed depth issue. He indicated that at elevation of 795, this pond
would be cleaned during construction and then after with minimum being ten (10)
years. Ald. Pionek asked for note change on curb detail to be clarified on plan. Ald.
Pionek moved to recommend approval of plan set dated April 18, 1998, with notes to
change on curb detail and others as deemed necessary for erosion control. Seconded
by Ald. Woodard, motion carried unanimously.
Ald. Woodard moved to adjourn at 6:58 PM. Seconded by Ald. Pionek, motion
carried unanimously.
