SPECIAL PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MIINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 1998
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM by Acting Chairman Don Pionek. Also
present were committee member Donna Woodard, Mayor David L. De Angelis, Public
Works Superintendent John Loughney, Ald. Mark Slocomb, City Engineer Michael
Campbell (Ruekert & Mielke), and those per the attached list. Chairman D’Acquisto
was absent.
Discussion was held in regard to School District plans for the Middle School. Ald
Pionek was concerned over the timing of the submittal. Discussion ensued on that
particular issue and also on what Mike Bruch’s involvement was in regard to review
of plans. It was stated that Mr. Bruch was representing the stormwater Management
Group and not the DNR.
The Committee agreed to a special Public Works Committee on Tuesday, April 21,
1998, at 6:30 PM, prior to the Reorganization Meeting to review plans that will be
submitted to the City by Monday, April 20, 1998, and the committee also agreed to
allow the issuance of the Erosion Control Permit for the ability to install erosion
control ditches and top soil stripping on the site.
Ald. Woodard moved to adjourn at 7:10 PM. Seconded by Ald. Pionek, motion
carried 2-0.
