Subdivision, Phase 11. Ald. Pionek moved to approve plans per

The Committee reviewed the following bids for the Mercury Drive
fueling station:
Uni-Pump Inc. $ 257,854.87 Petroleum Construction Service Inc. $ 257,000.00
Petroleum Equipment Inc. $ 249,495.00 Badger Oil Equipment Company Inc. $ 244,488.00
moved to reject all bids due to high costs. Seconded by Ald.
Superintendent Loughney gave overview of project. Ald. Woodard
Pionek, motion carried 3-0. Ald. Woodard moved to defer to the
next meeting. Seconded by Ald. Pionek, motion carried 3-0.
The Committee reviewed drainage plans for Park Estates. Ald.
Woodard moved to approve plans per Ruekert ti Mielke
recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Pionek, motion carried 3-0.
The Committee reviewed drainage plans for the Tans Drive
theatre. Ald. Pionek moved to approve plans per Ruekert .S
Mielke recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Woodard, motion carried
3-0.
Under "Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized
by Law", the Committee discussed the sale of wooden
