D'Acquisto. Also present were Committee members Woodard and Pionek and Public Works Superintendent Loughney, and those per the attached list. with the Open Meeting Law. Ald. D'Acquisto noted that the meeting was posted in accordance The Committee reviewed drainage plans for the Deer Creek Subdivision, Phase 11. Ald. Pionek moved to approve plans per Ruekert .S Mielke recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Woodard, motion carried 3-0. The Committee reviewed the following bids for the Mercury Drive fueling station: Uni-Pump Inc. $ 257,854.87 Petroleum Construction Service Inc. $ 257,000.00 Petroleum Equipment Inc. $ 249,495.00 Badger Oil Equipment Company Inc. $ 244,488.00 moved to reject all bids due to high costs. Seconded by Ald. Superintendent Loughney gave overview of project. Ald. Woodard Pionek, motion carried 3-0. Ald. Woodard moved to defer to the next meeting. Seconded by Ald. Pionek, motion carried 3-0. The Committee reviewed drainage plans for Park Estates. Ald. Woodard moved to approve plans per Ruekert ti Mielke recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Pionek, motion carried 3-0. The Committee reviewed drainage plans for the Tans Drive theatre. Ald. Pionek moved to approve plans per Ruekert .S Mielke recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Woodard, motion carried 3-0. Under "Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law", the Committee discussed the sale of wooden Committee directed that Superintendent Loughney advertise for stairways/platforms from the old recycling center.
