Public Works Committee - MINUTES - 5/14/19960 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, MAY 14, 1996
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chairman
D'Acquisto. Also present was committee member Suhr and
Public Works Superintendent Loughney. Committee member Pionek was absent. Mayor DeAngelis arrived at 6:45 p.m.
The committee noted that the meeting was posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Committee reviewed the revised final grading and drainage plans for Muskego Clinic with Mr. Thomas Schroeder, engineer for
Summit Healthcare Facilities. The issue of the possible
drainage problem that may occur at the north end of the property should the State D.o.T. not establish a drainage easement was
addressed. The installation of a retention or detention pond
was discussed as a possibility to alleviate the possible problem. A revised plan would need to be presented at that
time, and reviewed by the City Engineer.
Ald. Suhr moved to require City Engineer approval of the revised plan as presented, and that Summit Healthcare Facilities would
0
be required to submit a revised drainage plan which would
require the placement of a retention or detention pond, in the event the D.O.T. does not establish a drainage easement on the
north end of the property, subject to City Engineer approval.
Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried 2-O.
Ald. Suhr moved to adjourn at 6:50 p.m. Seconded by Ald.
