Mike Campbell stated that Ruekert & Mielke feels that the present drainage system is adequate to handle flows, but that maintenance of the system is needed. Mike Campbell advised that Ruekert & Mielke recommends the installation of a concrete invert as part of the project at an approximate cost of $35,000.00. Ruekert & Mielke will review those areas in dispute and the results of the determination will be binding on both parties. WRR will be responsible for the cost of Ruekert & Mielke review.
