MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD THURSDAY, AUGUST 11, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also present were Committee Members Misko and D'Acquisto, Public
Works Superintendent John Loughney, Ald. Taube and those per the
attached list.
The Committee further reviewed revised grading plans for MSI. It
was noted that the location of dry pond "A" fixed as per map on
outlot. Ald. D'Acquisto moved to approve revised site grading
plans contingent upon City Engineers and Supt. Loughney approving
completed plans with contour lines. Seconded by Ald. Misko,
motion carried. Mr. Debbink, MS1 General, advised that they have
obtained an easement for installation of sewer laterals.
No discussion on status of Little Muskego Lake Dam due to questions as to whether or not the meeting was legally noticed, as
per objections by Mr. Ron Loebel and Mr. Victor Murn. Prior
notification of any future meetings to be made to legal representatives of Dam owners. Deferred to next meeting due to
Open Meeting Law question.
Ald. Misko discussed with the Committee a concern on a drainage
easement in the Ludwig Subdivision between Bay Lane and Bay Lane
Terrace. Ald. D'Acquisto moved to have the Plan Director research
the final plat map to determine location and size of drainage
easement and to submit all information for review at the August 25, 1994, Public Works Committee meeting. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried 2-0, with Ald. Misko abstaining due to potential conflict of interest.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
