MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 28, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Dumke. Also present were Committee Member D'Acquisto, Mayor De
Angelis, Ald. Sanders, Public Works Superintendent John Loughney, Michael Campbell (Ruekert & Mielke) and those per the
attached list.
Mr. Al Wil and Mr. Kalvin Klimeck appeared before the Committee
to discuss status of Lake Forest and Plum Creek Developments.

Mr. Wayne Salentine and Mr. Doug Eiche appeared before the
Committee to discuss Parkland South drainage. City Engineer
Mike Campbell advised that the estimated cost for a revised
Storm Drainage Study for the SW l/4 of Section 10 is
$3,200.00. Ald. D'Acquisto moved to direct the City Engineers
to revise the Storm Drainage Study for the SW l/4 of Section 10 at a cost not to exceed $3,200.00 with the understanding that
Mr. Doug Eiche has agreed to pay the same proportionate share
of the study as was paid for the original study. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee has agreed to the
new study because of recent changes to DNR rules regarding wetlands. Mayor De Angelis agreed to schedule a meeting with
Mr. Salentine and Parks Director Peter Theis to discuss
possible alternatives such as land swaps, etc.
supt. Loughney updated the Committee on the request for
installation of catch basin and culvert for St. Francis Savings
& Loan and noted that all plans have been approved.
The Committee further discussed storm sewering on Woods Road for Mr. Richard Anderson. City Engineer Michael Campbell
reviewed two alternatives. The Committee deferred action to
the May meeting in order to have Mr. Anderson in attendance.
Mr. Greg Gabor, SE3 W17323 Woods Road, appeared before the Committee for further discussion on drainage concerns on his
property. After lengthy discussion, the Committee directed
supt. Loughney to shoot grades on the roadside ditch leading to
the creek and the results will be reviewed at the May meeting.
There was nothing to report on the proposed turn lane for
Lannon Drive.
Mr. Greg Boehm and Pam Boehm appeared before the Committee to
discuss condition of curbs and to review ditch on Lannon Drive
in the Meadow Green West Subdivision. supt. Loughney noted
that the curbs are pitted and unacceptable. Mr. Boehm agreed

to repair the curbs, but will not replace. Mr. Boehm also
agreed to reshape, seed and sod the ditch on Lannon Drive.
City Engineer Michael Campbell reviewed with the Committee
auxiliary storm sewer installation for the Belsha property. Ruekert & Mielke and Supt. Loughney will inspect and report
back to the May meeting.
Subdivider exhibits for Champions Village were removed by the
Developer.
Mayor De Angelis advised the Committee that plans for the
Little Muskego Lake Dam will be forthcoming.
The meeting adjourned at 1O:lO P.M.
