Common Council's decision at their September 22, 1992 meeting.
The Committee tabled discussion on Shadow Lane west of Racine
Avenue at entrance to Overlook Bay Apartments until Ald. Taube
is able to attend the meeting.
The Committee further discussed Soil Erosion Permits and the
areas of responsibilities. The Committee set the following
guidelines:

for areas of 25 cubic yards to 50 cubic yards.
All areas over 50 cubic yards will require the Public
Works Superintendent to review and set bond amount.

Hwy. L as a result of the recent sewer/water project. The road
is being flushed where sewer and water has been installed.
Superintendent Loughney will advise when resurfacing will
commence.
The Committee discussed status of Enterprise Drive-Extended, the application for the TEA grant financing, and the securing
of the required easement on the CATS property.
The Committee reviewed road and storm sewer improvements for
the Woodcrest Heights Addn. #l Subdivision and denied
acceptance until such time as the drainage ditch abutting Woods Road is acceptable to the Superintendent of Public Works.
Alignment and right-of-way requirements for Muskego Dam Road
(east) were reviewed as they relate to the Orville Peters
Property. Ald. Simmons moved to send correspondence from the
City Engineers, dated September 11, 1992, to Attorney Molter to receive direction. Seconded by Ald. Schneider, motion carried. The Committee is looking favorably at option "B".
