MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1992
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 7:40 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Schneider and Simmons,
Mayor Salentine, Ald. Misko, Superintendent Loughney, Building
Inspection Director Chuck Dykstra and those per the attached
list.
The Committee discussed the status of the Little Muskego Lake
Dam and it was noted that Ald. Misko is in the process of
forming a Committee to expedite concerns.
Mr. Bill Stanis, President of the Little Muskego Lake
Association, and various members, appeared before the Committee
to discuss Soil Erosion procedure and made Committee aware of
continuing problems. The Association feels that stronger
enforcement of existing laws is necessary.
The Committee reviewed road and storm sewer for Breann Ridge
Subdivision and recommended acceptance of these improvements.
Dan Hilt and Karl Wegner, representing the Moose Lodge,
appeared before the Committee to discuss drainage concern. The
Committee agreed that water drainage could be controlled with a
water retention pond, but a plan is required to be submitted for engineering approval. The design must be adequate to
accommodate the water run-off from proposed parking lot.
Mayor Salentine advised the Committee that the City is waiting
response from the DNR to the City Engineer's concerns for the Big Muskego Lake Dam.
Superintendent Loughney will discuss with Police Chief Johnson
the need for stop signs on Woods Road and Durham Drive and
report back to Committee
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
