MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 21, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also present were Committee Member Taube, Public Works
Superintendent Loughney and those per the attached list.
The Committee requests that the City Clerk provide an update of
the Urban/Rural Drainage account for the next meeting.
The Committee reviewed letter from Murn & Murn law offices, dated
November 8, 1991, who represent the ten (10) property owners along the Little Muskego Lake Dam levy. The City is awaiting further
information from Mr. Bill Sturtevant of the Department of Natural
Resources.
The City is awaiting contract to be signed with F. C. Price for
the Public Works Garage addition. Pre-construction meeting will
be scheduled for the first week of December.
Mayor Salentine has contacted Mr. Doug Eiche and Mr. Eiche is
receptive to reviewing the wetlands and discussing construction of
the pond south of the park land.
The Committee further reviewed drainage easement on Woods Road
(Klenz) which was addressed at their meeting in October wherein they have requested the City Engineer to review the plans to
verify that the drainage system, as installed, will be adequate.
Superintendent Loughney's concern is capacity of pipe. He felt
possibly an additional free board should be installed.
The Committee further discussed drainage pipe on Jewel Crest/Garnet. The pipe has not been located and Mr. Kirk was not
in attendance at the meeting.
Steve Moser and Lynn Kurer appeared before the Committee to
discuss their problem about road opening regulations. Ald. Dumke
stated that he would confer with the City Attorney and give an answer within a week. Mr. Klenz's request for road opening on Durham Drive will be addressed at a later date.
The Committee will determine if and when there will be a December meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:OO P.M.
