MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, MAY 29, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Acting Chairman
David Taube. Also present were Committee Member Simmons and
Superintendent John Loughney.
The Committee discussed storm drainage proposed project in the Southwest l/4 of Section 10 (Woods Road/Bay Lane). Mayor
Salentine is meeting with Mr. Eiche, one of the affected property
owners.
The Committee further reviewed drainage concern - M & W Marine.
Mayor Salentine and Supt. Loughney are meeting with representatives from M & W.
The City is awaiting word on the grant application for the Little
Muskego Lake Dam project.
The contractors will begin construction of Schultz Lane Road
project on July 1, 1991.
The City is awaiting final plans from the City Engineers on the
expansion of the Public Works garage.
The two affected property owners in the Marlan Meadows Drainage Project have been sent the required easement documents for their
signatures.
supt. Loughney is working to remedy the drainage concern for Mr.
Harenda on Lentini Drive.
supt. Loughney is working with Mr. Deifkuss to determine if the
tile pipe on his property is in working condition because of the
drainage problem in Golden County Estates Subdivision.
Supt. Loughney reported that the drainage tile on Lions Park Drive is working up to its capacity. The tile has been cleaned
out by the Public Works Department.
The Committee reviewed status of silt trap on Richdorf and Racine
Avenue. supt. Loughney was directed to contact the City Engineers to determine engineer costs for a drainage study in this
area.
The Committee reviewed site grading plans for Lakeridge Apartments
with Developer Dan Barker. Mr. Barker advised that a retaining wall will be installed on the south line of the property. Garages will be at two different elevations and there will be an
additional lane on the east side of Lannon Drive to Hwy. L.

Representatives from Terra Development (Lake Forest Subdivision)
appeared before the Committee to discuss site grading, drainage and road plans for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of Lake Forest Development. The Developer is proposing to install a concrete
entrance way into the Subdivision which would look like brick.
supt. Loughney will research and report back to the Developer
and the Committee.
The Committee discussed with Mr. Patch required changes to his
drainage plans affecting sedimentation basins. Mr. Patch will
make changes and submit amended plans to Supt. Loughney. supt.
Loughney requested that Mr. Patch install a roadway to service
the catch basins. Mr. Patch was requested to advise all of his
contractors to strictly enforce the City's soil erosion practices
and the Committee requests that the Building Inspector review.
The Developer is reviewing grading elevations in Phase I to
determine whether they will be affected by Phase II and Phase III.
The Committee noted that Mr. Patch agreed to install the stand
pipe which had not yet been installed on May 30, 1991.
The meeting adjourned at 11:lO P.M.
