MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 13, 1990
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 6:05 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Taube and Simmons, Mayor Salentine, Superintendent John Loughney, Rich Eberhardt (Ruekert
& Mielke), Howie Schneider and Art Takishian from the Little
Muskego Lake Association, and representatives from Terra
Development.
The Committee reviewed road and drainage plans for Lake Forest
Development. After review of plans, the following items need to
be completed:
a. Storm drainage easements (off site)
b. Waukesha County utility permit
c. All corrections as noted on prints dated 11/8/90
d. Sump pump discharge information
e. Phase II on multi-family to be resubmitted due to
changes.
f. Developer will install riprap at discharge pipe
in Kingston Bay and verify pipe condition from manhole
on Lions Park Drive to Little Muskego Lake.
g- Estimated cost of storm drainage system about $500.00
per lot.
Ald. Taube moved to require storm sewers to be installed in all lots to pipe away sump pump water. Seconded by Ald. Simmons,
motion carried.
Ald. Taube moved to approve road and drainage plans subject to
compliance of items,a thru g, easement to lake and 48 hour
discharge from detention pond. Seconded by Ald. Simmons, motion
carried.
It was agreed that if Terra Development cannot obtain an easement
from Barrett, then the City will go through the condemnation
procedure, with all legal costs being paid by Terra
Development. This part of the approval is not designed to stop
construction at this time.
