MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 26, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Committee Members Taube and Simmons, Supt. John Loughney and those per the attached list.
Mr. Harry Harenda, W180 S6416 Lentini Drive, appeared before the Committee to discuss a drainage concern that has been in
existence for the past five years. Mr. Harenda claims that the problem is a result of the City's installation of a catch
basin. He feels the natural flow of water veins have been
clogged. The Committee will make an on-site inspection and will
discuss at the July meeting.
Mrs. Diane Krause and Ronald Haberman appeared before the
Committee to discuss a drainage problem on McShane and Independence Drive in Freedom Acres. The Public Works Department will attempt to locate the broken tile to determine if the damage was caused by the excavator. A camera inspection will be made of the storm sewer in front of the property. Both of the above items will be discussed at the July meeting.
The siltration problem on Richdorf is being reviewed by
Superintendent Loughney.
The Committee reviewed the road and grading plans for Parkridge
Apartments. The Committee will check with the City Engineers as to the width of the road being 24 ft. instead of 28 ft., and also
question the slope being too steep.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
