MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 8, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 6:20 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Committee Members Sanders and Taube, Mayor Salentine, Ald. Hilt, Public Works Superintendent John Loughney,
Utility Superintendent Scott Kloskowski, John Ingersoll and
Collette Giefer.
The Committee discussed drainage plans for the Bay Breeze
Development. Catch basins on this Development were discussed and
the responsibility for cleaning the basins were determined to be
that of the Developer. Monitoring of the siltration will also be
the responsibility of the Developer and eventually passed onto
the Homeowner's Association. The Committee reviewed a letter
from Orville Kurth of the Wisconsin Soil Conservation Service
dated September 8, 1988, which indicated that the erosion control
plan was adequate for this proposed Development. Ald. Sanders
moved to approve the plans for the grading and drainage of the
Bay Breeze Development. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
