responsible for costs for his share.

of the settling ponds at Lake Denoon with members of the Lake
Denoon Homeowner's Association, Parks Supervisor Theis, Public

Ald. Taube moved to have the Public Works Department look at the
culvert and take necessary corrective action. Seconded by Ald
Sanders, motion carried.
Harry Harenda, W180 S6416 Lentini Drive, appeared before the
Committee to discuss drainage problem on Lentini Drive. He reviewed the history of this problem and contends that the
relocation of a drainage ditch in the front of his house several years ago is the cause of the problem. Superintendent Loughney
will design a solution and have Ald. Hilt present it to the adjacent property owner, Mr. Randreup, W180 S6428 Lentini Drive,
for cost participation.
Further discussion was held on the proposed resurfacing of
Schultz Lane. The road requires ditches to be installed which would require a dedication from Mr. Tobianski and Mr. Thorsell to
secure a 50' road width. Public Works Superintendent Loughney and Ald. Dumke will identify the required property dedication to
secure the required width. This material will be referred for
Finance Committee review.
