Also present were Committee Member Sanders, Public Works Superintendent Loughney and those per the attached list. The Committee discussed request for a turn-around on Elm Drive with Mr. Alex Rohrwasser which he believes would give him access to the existing back lots. Mr. Rohrwasser claims that an agreement was reached with the City approximately thirty years ago to install a turn-around. Due to the time frame involved, there are no records to indicate such an agreement. The Committee suggested that Mr. Rohrwasser contact the City's Department of Planning and Development to determine if a solution can be worked out in regard to an easement to obtain accessibility to their lots. The Committee discussed ditch restoration on Bay Lane with Mr. Robert Klenz. Mr. Klenz is requesting that the ditches be reshaped to conform with pre-existing conditions. Supt. Loughney explained that the reason behind the ditching was to allow for a wider road in anticipation of future development. The Committee will look into the agreements made with the Sewer Contractor and determine what restoration, if any, may be required. The Committee discussed Urban Drainage and it was noted that the work on Racine Avenue to Kelsey Drive drainage ditch will get underway in the near future.
