complied with. Mr. Klenz addressed problem of drainage of storm
water from Durhamswood Addition #l into Freedom Acres. supt. Bertram recommended that another water drainage pipe be installed
at Pilgrim Drive and Indian Trail since the one 36" pipe now in
place does not seem to be able to handle heavy storm drainage
water capacity. This, in turn, causes flooding conditions in
Freedom Acres Subdivision. The Developer, as well as the
Committee, agreed that an additional drain pipe should be
installed and an agreement will be worked out on the financial
cost of this pipe between the Developer and the City of Muskego.

The concerns on the cul-de-sac turn-around on Sunnyhill Drive
were expressed by the abutting property owners. The Committee and Highway Supt. Bertram are to inspect the area and notify concerneda citizens. Reference was made that bus drivers are contribunng to the problem. Mayor Salentine recommended that if
the problem can be corrected, the maintenance of the wooded area in the center of the cul-de-sac would be the adjacent property
owner's responsibility.
Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Hawes appeared before the Committee to discuss
concern of their ditch. The ditch was restored by a mutual agreement between the City and the property owner. The Committee will inspect this area when related cul-de-sac is inspected.

their lot. The extra width of road reservation upon which the
