MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 18, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman DeAngelis at 8:25
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and Hilt, Supt. Bertram, Mayor Salentine and Ald. Taube.
The Committee discussed the Tess Corners ditch. Presently the
State would prefer not to have concrete inverts but St. Paul is
insistent on concrete inverts. Supt. Bertram to keep Committee
advised of the project.
The Committee reviewed storm water drainage easement on the
Herdeman property. Mr. Herdeman is requesting a 40 ft. easement
rather than a 25 ft. easement. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend the
easement remain at 25 ft. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed drainage problem at Bay Shore and Shore
Lane. The Committee agreed with Supt. Bertram's recommendation
that construction of a concrete invert would ease the problem.
Supt. Bertram advised Ald. Taube that a culvert should not be
installed for an access to Kristin Drive for Williams Supper
Club. Supt. Bertram suggested that Williams should cut a ramp
for access purposes and taper the sides. This type of access
would be sufficient.
The Committee discussed the drainage problem on Redman Drive.
Ald. Hilt and Ald. Tomczyk checked the area and advised the
property owner to tile the problem area. The owner agreed to
follow their suggestion.
Supt. Bertram reviewed the drainage problem which should be
considered at the time of the reconstruction of Ladwig Drive.
There being no further business, Ald. Tomczyk moved for
adjournment at 9:15 P.M. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
