MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 4, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Penovich at
7:00 P.M. Also present were Committee Members DeAngelis and
Hilt, Mayor Salentine and Superintendent Bertram.
The Committee discussed the Diekfuss Drainage Project. The
Committee will contact Mr. Diekfuss and recommend that he
personally contact Mr. Dahlmann and resolve the problem.
The Committee discussed the Kurtze Lane easements. The City
Engineers will check water level at the end of Kurtze Lane to see
if the elevation would drain to the Bay, rather than David Ludwig's land.
Superintendent Bertram reviewed a letter received from Mr. Vince
Demshar, Waukesha County Highway Commissioner, regarding the
drainage at Durham Hill. Superintendent Bertram will contact the Highway Commissioner's Office to inquire as to why the City of
Muskego would become involved.
The Committee discussed the new set of drawings for the easements
through the St. Paul property.
The Committee discussed the Glenbrook Drainage project which is
close to completion.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
