0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MY 17, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Penovich at a:05 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and
DeAngelis, Supt. Bertram, Mayor Salentine and David Ludwig.
The Committee reviewed the TIF Projects.
The Committee reviewed the request of St. Paul's Church for a
concrete invert along their east lot line. They advised they
will give the necessary easement to the City. Discussion will
continue at a later date.
The Committee reviewed the Hwy. 24fTess Corners Drainage
Project. Supt. Bertram informed the committee that the 150 ft.
of box culvert between Salentine's Tire Store and the Family
Craft Store will cost~approximately $30.000. The Committee agreed that the balance of the ditch to the Tess Corners
Culvert will be an open ditch with walls and inverts. The Committee directed Ruekert h Mielke to submit plans to the
State Highway Department for their portion of the project.
The Committee reviewed the Woods Road Bridge (Switala). The
Committee was advised that another contractor had an interest

in bidding on the work required for the culvert. Supt. Bertram
was requested to obtain that quote and if not favorable, the Public Works Department will install the culvert.
The Committee reviewed the bids received for the 1984 Road
Improvement Program and recommended approval of the low bids
received from Wolf Paving & Excavating: Bituminous Asphalt-
Binder - $23.50/Tan; Surface Coat - $24.50/Tan; Sealcoating - CRS-2 .75a/gal.; Pea Gravel - $7.00/Tan.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed.
The Committee discussed the roads in the Bass Bay Sewer
Project. Supt. Bertram suggested that they not be asphalted until next year, including Kurtze Lane.
The Committee discussed the water problem in the area of
Amann's on South Denoon Rd and decided to take no action at this time.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
