MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 5, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Penovich at 7:00 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Dumke and DeAngelis, Supt.
Bertram, Ald. Nilsson and Maria and Ron Richardson.
Mr. and Mrs. Richardson appeared to request a change in the
location of the drainage on a lot they intend to purchase on
Skylark Lane. Supt. Bertram had no objection. Ald. DeAngelis
moved to grant the request. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The Committee noted that no representative of Cliffords appeared
regarding the relocation of the access on Kristin Dr. Ald.
DeAngelis moved to have Supt. Bertram close the access to Hwy.
24. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed the Tess Corners Drainage Project at Hwy.
24 and Tess Corners Dr., and requested direction from the City
Attorney to determine if the City is liable for personal damage regarding the ditch, and to what extent the City is responsible to shore up the creek walls. Mr. Ron Kinart and Mr.
E. .I. Salentine will be requested to appear at the next meeting.
Ald. DeAngelis moved to have the catch basin on South Denoon Rd. rebuilt by contractor. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee will observe sand on roads, left over from winter,
to see if the cost of renting a sweeper would be justified.
Ald. DeAngelis moved to recommend Supt. Bertram advertise for
bids for road materials for 1984. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
