MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 19, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman DeAngelis at
7:00 P.M. Also present were Ald. Hilt, Mayor Salentine, Supt. Bertram, Mr. Albert Salo, Mr. E. J. Salentine, and Mr. Ed Klumb.
Alderman Penovich was absent.
Superintendent Bertram reviewed the Hwy. 24 and Tess Corners
Drainage project. Mr. E. J. Salentine suggested that the creek
be covered and a culvert be placed to the end of his and Mr.
Salo's property. Mr. Salentine stated that the Tess Corners Fire
Department would have no objection to the upgrading of the ditch
to Tess Corners Road. Mr. Salentine stated as a property owner
he would be willing to pay his fair share.
The Committee reviewed the TIF projects. The Switala ditch on
Woods Road could be done cheaper by the Muskego Public Works,
since the cost estimates are high. The project would take
approximately two (2) days. Ald. DeAngelis moved to recommend
that the Public Works Department install the culvert and any
other work needed to complete the project. Ald. Hilt seconded
the motion and the motion carried.
The Committee discussed the cost of grading and graveling the
Schuler Sewer Easement to serve the Demshar property. The cost of gravel and public works time to be added to Anthony Demshar's
forced hook-up fees.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
