MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 6, 1983
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Penovich at 8:OO P.M.
Also present were Committee Members DeAngelis and Dumke and
Supt. Bertram.
Chairman Penovich will call Don Molter about reconstruction
of Schultz Lane.
The Committee discussed Ditch Invert Policy. It was agreed
that the taxpayer will pay for the installation of the concrete
invert. Mr. Bertram will use his discretion regarding the
billing of the taxpayers but also bring it before this Committee. Motion was made to approve the policy by Aid;-Debgelis
and seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
