MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 2, 1983
The neeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Penovich.
Also present were Committee Members DeAngelis and Dumke, Mayor
Salentine and Supt. Bertram.
P The committee reviewed Public Works TIF Projects.
The first project discussed was the Tess Corners Culvert Project.
It was determined that -b the bridge just south of S.T.H. 24
could be added on to on-?both sides and that no easements would be
needed.
In regard to the South Denoon Road Project in TIF District No. 1
it was reported that as soon as the utility poles are moved the
project could begin.
As soon as the weather permits the final asphalt coat can be placed
on the streets in the city's industrial park and also on Kelsey Dr.
and Muskego Dam Drive.
supt. Bertram will attempt to acquire all cascmcnls as soon as
possible as easements are necessary to complete the projects.
l supt. Bertram will report on ull of the Tess corners Drainage
Projects at the next meeting.
The streets in the Lake Meadows Subdivision will be paved later in the season when most of the construction will be completed.
The committee authorized Supt. Bertram to take down a tree on
the right-of-way on Lake Drive in the area ot the Topping property.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
The committee discussed the Herdeman drainage problem in the area
of Kelsey Drive. Ald. DeAngelis moved to authorize the expenditure
of $1,200.00 for an engineering study to substantiate the contribut-
ing low area on Kelsey Dr. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The committee decided to conduct their annual Public Works Tour on
Monday, May 16th at 4:00 P.M. and on Tuesday morning, May 17th at 10:00 A.M.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
