YINWES OF NEETING HELD MARCH 17, 1983
The meeting was culled to order at 3:lO P.M. by Chairman Penovich. Also present were Aid. Colburn, Klenz and Dumke, Supt. Bertram
and Building Inspector Lee, and those Persons per the attached
list.
The committee discussed the request of Pnul Castronova and Mike Cook for permission to perform maintenance work on the weed
*- harvestersin the old city @rage. Supt. Bertram and Park Super-
visor Theis expressed concern regarding the use of the telephone, access to light and electric switches and thermostat control. Tho committoe agreed to give a key to the old city garage to Mr.
Castranova for repair of the machines, to be returned upon com- pletion of the repairs, or at the request of Supt. Bertram to remove the machines from the garage.
The committee discustied the request of DcBuck Grudlng to remove approximately 100,000 yards of clay from the Lekfield Farm, using the same Crowbur Dr. route previously used. Supt. Bcrtram ndvised that the proposed $50,000 bond would be sufficient. Supt. Bertram will periodically inspect the route to determine any possible need for a change of route,
The committee discussed the request of Fred Hichter for a change
of topography of his lot on College and Martin, He advised the committee he would like to fill the lot, and would therefore need

The committee reviewed the following bids received for a new truck: Metro Trucks: $41,466

Milw.Truck Center $38,175 net
Badger Ford $41,810 -.3;, ;;; trade
The committee recommended ackeptance of the low bid subject to
Supt. Bertram’s xeview,
The committee reviewed the minutes of the March 4, 1963 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 4:00 P.M,
