MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 14, 1983

The meeting was called to order by Chnirman Penovich. Also
l present were Committee Members Dumke and DeAngelis, Mayor
Salentine and Financial Consultant Seegar Swanson.
The Committee discussed the Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1 land- scaping. It was noted that the approved plans do not include a
berm along Hwy. 24. The Committee directed G. P. Lee to contact Hite Realty to complete the landscaping in the subdivision -
plant the buffer strip, remove berm and reset poles. It was noted that there is a balance of $1,953.50 in the escrow account
for landscaping.
The Committee reviewed the Public Works TIF projects. Financial
Consultant Seegar Swanson was present. The following estimated project costs were reviewed: Meadowdale Drainage Project - $270,250; Lembezeder/Gold Drive Storm Sewer Project - $138,000; tilenbrook Drainage Project - $172,500; Tess Corners Drainage Project (Hwy. 24 to Tess Corners Drive) - $172,500; Culverts on Woods Rd. k Tess Corners Dr. - $50,000; Tess Corners Drainage
Project (Gnulke Dr. - Fire station to Cornell Drive) - $172,500. It was noted that the Industrial Park Expansion project, Pnrks
Improvement and Word Processing will be discussed further.
l The Committee decided that bids would not be accepted in 1983
for the Tess Corners Drainage Projects - Hwy. 24 to Tess Corners
Dr. and Gaulke Dr.
The Switala Ditch project on Woods Road suggested by Ald. DeAngelis
will be included at an estimated cost of $10,000 (TIF #4).
Supt. Bertram was directed to complete the repair on the catch
basin on the Kettner property.
.Ald. DeAgnelis~moved to direct the City Engineer to'submit
the plnns for tho Druinugo Ditch on Kurtze Lune to the DNR.
Seconded by Ald. Dumko, motion carried.
It was the Committee's understanding thnt a cutch basin will
be engineered to receive water from the south side of the road
on the Pearl Druce property on South Denoon Road.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M.

regnrding the Glcnbrook Draina&? Project be amendeddto
include the following:
Buyer will provide a five foot woven wire fence with
one (1) barbed wire on top; the wood will be cut in
lengths easy to handle, and excess dirt will be placed
on the farm and filled at owner's discretion. During
construction, temporary fencing will be provided.
