The aamittee reviewed the needed easements and Lhe design of the road. Mr. Dan Amann, a resident of the area involved was also
present at the meeting. It was determined that water drainage will
create the greatest problem for the project. Mayor Solentine will
moot with repreimntative6 oi the Town of Norway to discuss the
watu flow to Long Lake. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council
approval Of a resolution authorizing the advertising of bids for the reaODstrUCtiOB of S. Denoon Road. Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Mot*\oa”ebpied. ~.

The oocpaittee disaueeed the placement of basketball hoop in the road right-of-way in Bay Lawn Subdivision. It was the committee’s detenmation that there would be no problem with this matter as

The drainage problem in the area of the Oster property on Garden Terrace was discussed. The committee noted a drainageway is needed to the Tee8 Corners drainage project, however, no easement would be *ewasuY am the problem lies within an existing easement. Sharpam ~411 handle this matter. Supt.
