MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. by Chairman Penovich.
Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Colburn, Supt. Bertram
and those persons as per the attached list.
Several citizens were present to discuss the repaving of Schultz
Lane with the committee. All of those present were in agreement with the reconstruction project and Mr. William Thorsell, who was not
present, will be contacted by Chairman Penovich. The cost of the project will be absorbed by Howard Schultz and Samuel Klauser and the road dedication to be provided by adjacent property owners.
The committee discussed the drainage ditch problem of David Ludwig.
The committee determined the city cannot get involved any further
in this matter until Mr. Ludwig resolves his problem with the DNR.
The committee reviewed the request for the release of funds in the
amount of $4,811.77 from Roger Johnson for the Marlan Meadows
Development. The committee recommended $3500.00 be released based
on the report received from Ruekert and Mielke dated 2/15/83.
The committee discussed the sign advertising Freedom Acres Add. #l.
They recommended the new sign be placed on the same site as the
previous sign.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and
placed same on file.
The committee recommended Council approval of the following
proposed culvert replacements:
1. Tess Corners, south of S.T.H. 24 in the amount

3. Woods Road, west of Tess Corners Dr. -
supt. Bertram was directed by the committee to have request estimates on the cleaning of the Lembezeder channel.
The committee directed Supt. Bertram to request the cleaning of . the channel in the area of Lembezeder and Gold Drives arainage project so that it could be reviewed further by the committee.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
