MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 1, 1983

Acting Chairman DeAngelis called the meeting to order at
8:OO P.M. Also present were Ald.Dumke, Ald. Tomczyk and Supt.
Bertram.
The Committee deferred action on the reconstruction of Schultz
Lane.
The Committee noted the Glenbrook Drainage Project bids would be
reviewed on December 8, 1983.
The Committee reviewed the following proposals for the Switala
Ditch Project:
DON DeBACK
Excavation of relocated ditch with cleaning $4,596.00
Grading of spoil from drainage ditch 2,204 .OO
W. K. FREDRICKS & SONS
Excavate a channel with 8' level bottom 3,850.00
by others.
sideslopes on west side - sideslope on east side,etc.
Spoil will be spread & leveled 1,600.00
The Committee accepted the Fredricks bid and noted the project is
well under way.
The Committee reviewed the Cable TV project and discussed the
road restoration bond.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
Communications were read and placed on file.
Ald. Dumke advised the Committee that Mr. Clayton Noyes requested
the return of his ditch bond.
There being no further business, Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn at
8:40 P.M. Seconded by Ald. DeAngelis, motion carried.
