Public Works Committee - MINUTES - 4/7/1983PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 7, 1983 The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Penovich. Also present were Aldermen Colburn, Nilsson and Dumke and Alderman- Elect Frank DeAngelis and Supt. Bertram. Ald. Nilsson discussed with the committee the drainage problem in the area of Clarendon Place. He indicated he felt the drainage ditch in that area does not have the proper pitch. Supt. Bertram advised he felt the problem is caused by the outlot in the area which is not city property, however, he felt the matter could be taken care of with very little work. The Larkspur-Somerset Creek drainage problem was discussed. Supt. Bertram advised this matter could be solved, however, the funds in the city's drainage account have not been designated for this area and are unavailable. The committee reviewed pending TIF Public Works Projects. Supt. Bertram presented the preliminary plans for the area south of the Glenbrook Subdivision and the committee agreed with the plans.
