DELIBERATION OF APPEALS APPEAL #34-95 Mr. Schepp made a motion to grant the appeal as submitted subject to the appellant applying for a building permit for the alterations done to the garage within thirty days. The hardship being pre-existing conditions, the previous granted in 1953, and that the reduction in square footage would still maintain character of the community and be within the spirit and intent of the ordinance. APPEAL #35-95 Mr. Brandt made a motion to grant the appeal as submitted based on structure location being far enough away from other structures and extinguishers being installed.
