This adjourned hearing for Boldt's Egg Products was called so that new plans could be submitted for review. These plans were submitted showing a more modified version for the addition, now cut back by 1016" on the corner, giving more vision for the Salentine property. A representative for Egg Products spoke with Mr.Salentine during the day and he approved the modification. The hardship was the layout for the use of the building and the building location itself. Mr. Erno motioned to approve the plans as revised. Mr. Passick seconded and the motion carried. APPEAL 22-86 Charles & Mary Klein. Mr. Brozynski appeared before the Board to request an 11' variance in offset on the east side of the property to construct a new residence. Mr. Brozynski stated the Architectural Control Committee had reviewed and okay'd this structure on the lot, since the neighboring homes would be in line with the new home. Requesting a 22' front setback variance for building storage addition for production equipment. Mr. Don Christianson & Mr. Ron Janick appeared as representatives for Egg Products. They would like to construct three verical tanks, 17ft high at this time. (two more tanks later) The position of the tanks was discussed; it was stated that the tanks could not be placed in back because of the way the offices and work space is layed out. Mr. Salentine appeared in behalf of his car dealership and stated his car lot (display area) would be blocked from view from Highway 24. Gerald Lee asked them to submit a plan showing the site line. Gerald Fohr scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, October 29, 1986 and all were in favor. Page 2. APPEAL 22-86 Charles & Mary Klein. Requesting a 10' variance to construct a new garage. APPEAL 24-86 Dennis Reeves appeared requesting a variance for garage construction prior to erection of principle residence. This structure would be to store his antique cars.
