Chairman Fohr called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Gerald Fohr, Vice Chairman Lloyd Erno,
Thomas Berken, Carol Nievinski, Peter Passick.

APPEAL 20-86 Egg Products. This adjourned hearing
for Boldt's Egg Products was called so that new plans could be
submitted for review. These plans were submitted showing a more
modified version for the addition, now cut back by 1016" on the
corner, giving more vision for the Salentine property. A
representative for Egg Products spoke with Mr.Salentine during
the day and he approved the modification. The hardship was the
layout for the use of the building and the building location
itself. It was noted also that any structure in the right of way
shall be recorded with the deed -- an agreement that any new
structure or additions be removed when necessary for street
improvement and claim no damage for same. Mr. Erno motioned to
approve the plans as revised. Mr. Passick seconded and the
motion carried.
APPEAL 22-86 Charles & Mary Klein. Mr. & Mrs.Klein
appeared because of the rejection of the Board of Appeals to
approve their garage location as submitted. It was explained to
them they did not really have a hardship as far as placing the
garage as originally submitted. They were also informed to gain
approval of the site from Waukesha County Health Department
before obtaining the building permit for the garage.
They agreed to turn the garage around.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Berken moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:45
P.M.. Mrs. Nievinski seconded and the motion carried.
Respectfully submitted,
Acting Secretary
Diane Winsor

MINUTES OF BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 23,1986
Chairman Fohr called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Gerald Fohr, Vice Chairman Lloyd Erno,
Thomas Berken, Carol Nievinski, Linda Koester
Peter Passick
ABSENT: Vincent Caporali
MINUTES: Carol Nievinski moved to adopt the minutes of the
September 25,1986 meeting. Peter Passick seconded
and the motion carried.
APPEAL 20-86 - ROBERT H. BROZYNSKI. Mr. Brozynski
appeared before the Board to request an 11' variance in offset
on the east side of the property to construct a new residence.
Mr. Brozynski stated the Architectural Control Committee had
reviewed and okay'd this structure on the lot, since the
neighboring homes would be in line with the new home. The
hardship was the size of the house (4000 sq.ft.) on this lot.
Gerald Fohr moved to accept the appeal as submitted. Mr. Passick
seconded and the motion carried.
APPEAL 21-86 EGG PRODUCTS. Requesting a 22' front
setback variance for building storage addition for production
equipment. Mr. Don Christianson & Mr. Ron Janick appeared as
representatives for Egg Products. They would like to construct
three verical tanks, 17ft high at this time. (two more tanks
later) The position of the tanks was discussed; it was stated
that the tanks could not be placed in back because of the way the
offices and work space is layed out. Mr. Salentine appeared in
behalf of his car dealership and stated his car lot (display
area) would be blocked from view from Highway 24. Gerald Lee
asked them to submit a plan showing the site line. Gerald Fohr
scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, October 29, 1986 and all
were in favor.

APPEAL 22-86 Charles & Mary Klein. Requesting a 10'
variance to construct a new garage. Mary Klein appeared and it
was suggested that the garage be turned around the long way
reducing her variance from 10' to 1121. She will submit a new
survey. Based on the hardship of the septic and well (aft)
Mr.Erno motioned to adopt the new layout. Mr. Berken seconded
and the motion carried.
APPEAL 23-86 Mark from Ingersoll Cable appeared
requesting a fence height in excess of 6' and a 50' front setback
variance to construct a chain link security fence. (10"
barbedwire on top) It was stated that maybe the fence because of
appearance should be run even with the building and the ties
removed then no 501variance would be required. After discussion
about appearance, Mr.Fohr motioned to delay any action for one
month for further review. Mrs. Nievinski seconded and motion
carried.
APPEAL 24-86 Dennis Reeves appeared requesting a
variance for garage construction prior to erection of principle
residence. This structure would be to store his antique cars.
His hardship was that the lot at this time could not be used for
much else. (No perc test ----- no sewer for residential
building.) Mrs. Nievinski motioned to accept as submitted.
Mr Berken seconded but stipulated that it be used for storage
only. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Nievinski moved to adjourn the meeting at
10:30 P.M. Mr. Berken seconded and the motion carried.
Note: The next regular meeting will be the week after
Thanksgiving.
Respectfully submitted
