permit fees are charged for work done without a permit.

CITY OF MUSKEGO BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES HELD ON MAY 26, 1994.
Chairman Pionek called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Don Pionek, Mr. Gerald Fohr, Mr. David
Warhanek, Mr. Dan Schepp, Mr. Terry O'Neil, Mr. Henry
Schneiker and Building Director Chuck Dykstra.
MINUTES: Mr. Fohr made the motion to accept the minutes from
April 28, 1994. Mr. O'Neil seconded. Upon a roll call vote,
motion carried 4-0-2 with Mr. Warhanek and Mr. Henry
Schneiker abstaining.
Mr. Schepp nominated Mr. O'Neil as vice chairman. Mr. Fohr
cast a unanimous ballot. Mr. Warhanek seconded. Upon a voice
vote, the motion carried unanimously.
APPEAL-#15-94 -- Steve Meyer, W145 S9604 Groveway Lane,
Muskego, Wisconsin, 53150. Appellant requesting one
variance. 1) Requesting a variance from Section
30.43(3)(C) which requires a 720 square foot maximum area for a
wood frame garage structure (firewall required over 720 sq.
ft.).
Chairman Pionek requested Mr. Dykstra to explain the A -
Agriculture zoning.
Mr. O'Neil administered the oath to the appellant.
Mr. Meyer stated that he was unaware of the firewall
requirement until he applied for a Building Permit or he would
have submitted plans for a larger building. The intent of this
building is to store all of the items that are currently stored
in his yard.
Mr. Dykstra explained that the Plan Commission is requiring him
to remove the existing storage shed when this building is
completed prior to occupancy.
Mr. Meyer stated he spoke with his neighbors and they do not
have an objection to the firewalls not being installed.

Fohr voting nay.
Mr. David Warhanek made the motion to adjourn at 8:25 P.M. Mr.
