BOARD OF APPEALS
MINUTES OF BOARD OF APPEAL MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 5, 1985
Chairman Gerald Fohr called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
PRESENT: - Chairman Gerald Fohr, Vice -Chairman Thomas Berken,
Lloyd 7-no, Carol Nievinski, Second Alternate Vincent Caporali
and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee.
ABSENT: First Alternate Linda Koester
MINUTES: - Mrs. Nievinski moved to adopt the minutes of the
October 24, 1985 meeting. Mr. Erno seconded and the motion
carried.
APPEAL #85-13 - RICHARD SCHENDEL - Mr. and Mrs. Schendel
appeared before the Board to request a variance of 40 feet in
offset to construct a garage for the purpose of storing a car and
boat. He would like the garage on the lot line, his lot is
approximately 3.34 acres. The septic system runs north opposite
of where the garage is to be located.
APPEAL #85-14 - JACAMINO PEROCESHCI - Mrs. Peroceschi
appeared before the Board to request a 15' variance in setback to
construct a 24' x 26' garage. This is a narrow, 50' wide lot
which abuts the lake. There were two corrections of the Public
Hearing Notice, the first noting the variance request is in
setback, and the other being the size of the garage is 24' x 26',
now x 24i. Mrs. Peroceschi stated they want to improve the
property value by having a garage to park cars now parked in the
front of their house. Mr. Fohr noted the house is approximately
8-10 feet from the side lot line, not one foot as indicated on
the submitted plan. Mrs. Patsy Fraizer, a neighbor appeared with
Mrs. Peroceschi to give her support for the garage. Mrs.
Peroceschi said the garage would be on line with the house, the
plan shows it to be located closer to the lot line. Mr. Fohr
said the garage could be moved 5' closer toward the house, and
the garage would still be 25' from the house.
The Board remained in open session
APPEAL #85-13 - RICHARD SCHENDEL - Mr. Berken moved to
defer the appeal or further revi'e_w__o_F the lot line. Mrs.
Nievinski seconded and the motion carried.
APPEAL 85-14 - JACAMINO PEROCESCCI - Mr. Erno moved to deny
the appeal as submitted and grant a 10' variance in setback. The
hardship being the size of the lot. Mrs. Nievinski seconded and
the motion carried.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Appeals of the City of
Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into
closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (a) of the State
Statutes for the purpose of deliberating concerning cases which
were the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing: said cases being
the above listed appeals
The Board of Appeals will then reconvene into open session.

opportunity to be heard.
