UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Discussion, update and possible action may be taken on any or all of
the following:
1. Review, discussion and direction concerning status of Community Development
Department. /Mayor /Planning Director
2. Update on Efforts to schedule Mediation with Muskego Fire Department. /City
Attorney
3. Discussion concerning authorizing Mayor to obtain information from Tess Corners
Fire Department on provision of fire service by one fire department for all of the City.

NEW BUSINESS - Discussion, update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the
following:
1. Presentation by Maureen Gallagher of The Reid Group on Proposal for Strategic
Planning, Organizational Development and Team Building.
2. Review, Discussion of Proposal from Public Sector Personnel Consultants for Review
and Update of Non-Represented Position Salary Ranges. /Mayor (Time permitting)
3. Review and Discussion of Proposal from Public Sector Personnel Consultants for
Review and Report on City Pay for Performance System Compared to Other
Comparable Municipalities Considering Philosophy, Methodology, & Cost. /Mayor
(Time permitting)
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT Possible reconvening of the Committee of the Whole immediately
following Common Council Meeting of the same date, to continue work on agenda items
